Neoprint SS1000 Concrete Vinyl Super-Tack is a 200µ monomeric vinyl with super strong semi-permanent very high strength clear adhesive and an outdoor durability of up to 3 years.
The PE Stay-Flat release liner avoids wrinkling or curling during printing.
Designed for adhering to concrete, asphalt, tiles and brick walls, SS1000 is ultra thick vinyl to ensure easy application. It is a conforming film designed for uneven and textured surfaces
SS1000 is suitable for shorter term applications on flat concrete and uneven surfaces such as concrete floors and pavements, asphalt roads and pavements, tiled floors and walls. Ideal for outdoor building graphics. Can be used on other short term hard-to-stick to applications. Recommended to be overlaminated with Neolam NL-FLOOR Textured Floorgraphic Anti-Slip Overlaminate when used on traffic areas such as pavements.

Laminating Recommendation: Ensure the print is perfectly dry before laminating, allow material to dry and out-gas for a minimum of 48 hours after printing.

Rick –
I use Neoprint Concrete Vinyl for stickers on concrete bollards and I find the adhesive really high tack. I have tried quite a few high tack vinyls for this project but none have been as successful in adhering to the surface as the concrete vinyl.
